• I understand that beach volleyball involves physical activity and inherent risks such as collisions, falls, heat exposure, and other outdoor conditions. Reasonable safety precautions will be taken, but injuries may still occur.

• I assume all risks and release Wholesome Pickins Ltd., its owners, staff, and volunteers from any liability related to injury, loss, or medical emergency during league participation or travel to/from games.

• I authorize emergency medical care if needed and accept full responsibility for any associated costs.
