Beach Volleyball daycamp

I hereby give my approval for my child’s participation in all activities associated with the Beach Volleyball Daycamp at Wholesome Pickins Ltd.

I understand that participation in beach volleyball involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to: physical contact with other players, falls, impacts from volleyballs, exposure to outdoor elements (such as sun, heat, or uneven ground), and general physical exertion. I acknowledge that while reasonable precautions will be taken, injuries may occur.

I assume all risks and hazards incidental to my child’s participation in this program, and I hereby waive, release, absolve, and agree to hold harmless Wholesome Pickins Ltd., its owners, employees, volunteers, and program facilitators from any and all liability or claims arising from my child’s participation in, travel to/from, or involvement in camp activities.

I understand that the program may also include farm-based experiences (such as baking, fire pits, or animal interaction). Safety procedures will be clearly explained, and my child will only participate if facilitators determine it is appropriate and safe to do so.

In the event of an injury or medical emergency while my child is under the care and supervision of Wholesome Pickins staff, I authorize necessary medical treatment and agree to assume full responsibility for any resulting costs.
